Equipment policy

Hello, once you read this document, you have become a prominent Group 107 family member. This section will tell you the rules for handling the equipment and what you are allowed and what is not. To begin with, we very much hope for your loyalty and careful attitude to the received equipment. Because the computer you received is your workplace, and you are personally responsible for its integrity and safety!

 

Next, you will learn what can and can not be installed on work equipment:

- Upon receipt of the equipment, you must check whether all the software you need is installed there;

- If you do not have any program installed to perform your tasks, notify the system administrator immediately!

Only the software you need to work on is allowed on your computer.

It is forbidden to install unlicensed software on equipment unrelated to work (games, etc.)

It is forbidden to use work equipment for personal purposes or to store personal documents other than those related to your activities.

All these restrictions are created only for the security of your data and company data!

If you need additional software in the course of work, you need to contact the system administrator by filling out the required form ……

What to do if you have damaged the equipment?

1) If you have damaged the work equipment in the first place, you need to notify your manager and technical department;

2) do not try to repair it yourself or repair equipment in uncertified services (as the equipment may be under warranty)

3) damaged equipment should be taken to the technical department or sent by the postal service (Lviv, Nova Poshta - 24 branches)

4) employees of the technical department will send the equipment to a certified service for repair

- if the equipment was damaged by a factory defect or not through the fault of the contractor

repairs carried out at the expense of the company

- if the equipment is damaged through the contractor's fault (for example, flooded with water, mechanical damage, etc.), the contractor makes reimbursements

 

What options do I have?

1) reimburse the cost of repairing the equipment on the invoice issued by the certified service;

2) purchase this equipment (including its depreciation)

3) if you do not have enough money to buy/repair this equipment

No more than 20% of your salary will be charged monthly to repay the debt.

 

Importantly

All equipment is subject to depreciation.

The company will calculate any cost individually for each case (depending on the equipment).
