1. The student gets assigned to the group after passing an individual test with a teacher;

2. Lesson time is not included in working hours. So, you need to work this extra hour;

3. Lessons are twice a week (1 hour = 1 lesson);

4. At least 3 hours before the lesson students must inform the teacher about their presence or absence by sending "+" or "-" to the group chat on Skype;

5. Students must attend not less than 75 % of lessons per month; 

- Students must notify a teacher about the absence as soon as possible (again, not later than 3 hours before the lesson);

- Only in urgent cases (project urgent needs, illness) the student can notify a teacher later;  

Specify the date of the lesson you will miss (or a couple of lessons) and the reason why.

See the example below:  

"I won't be at today's lesson, because I am on a sick day."

6. If you don't notify the teacher about the absence 3 hours before the lesson – you get the 

first warning;

7. By getting 3 warnings within a month you will be excluded from the group and won’t be able to attend English class for 3 months;

8. Vacation and illness are the exceptions to this policy and you won't receive a warning. (but you must notify a teacher about your absence);

9. The student must do home assignments, at least 6 out of 8 (80%) per 

month;

10. At the end of the course students pass a test (speaking + writing + teacher's 

feedback);

11. If a student scores less than 70%, he/she won't be able to move to the higher-level 

group. 

 13. For colleagues who are on our internal Trainee program English classes attendance is allowed after successful completion of mentioned program.

Violation of the policy may result in strong disciplinary action and the student will not be 

be allowed to use this learning platform at the company.
